1. Agreement to Terms
By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Message Program Description
We send SMS messages for:
Class schedules and updates
Reminders (e.g., exams, orientation)
Alerts about events, deadlines, or important school information
3. Consent & Opt-In
You must provide express written consent (e.g., web form, keyword signup) to receive SMS messages.
Consent is required for each topic (e.g., class announcements, promotional info) and is not a condition for enrollment.
4. Message Frequency & Costs
You may receive up to 10 messages/month (e.g., class alerts, reminders).
Standard data and messaging rates charged by your carrier may apply.
5. Hours of Operation
Messages will be sent between 8 AM and 8 PM local time in compliance with CTIA and carrier guidelines.
6. Opt-Out / STOP
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to end all messages.
You will receive a confirmation text within 5 minutes.
We will process your opt-out request promptly, no later than 10 business days.

8. Privacy & Data Use
We collect your name, cell phone number, message timestamps, and message content.
Data is used solely to provide, improve, and support our SMS Service.
Your data won’t be sold. We may share with trusted third parties (carriers, SMS providers, school staff) as needed.
9. Modification or Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
10. Compliance
This Service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook, Wireless Carrier Code of Conduct, and other applicable laws.
Any violations may result in termination of access or other legal consequences.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTS Technical, Inc. is not liable for:
Lost messages or delays
Charges from your carrier
Any damages arising from using or inability to use this Service
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may amend these Terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
